The Department of Hotel Management offers courses in hotel operations, guest relations and hospitality management. In keeping with the mission of TISOH, the curriculum is discussion- and project-based rather than test-driven.
Distinguished industry professionals manage two committees that oversee this program – one committee specifically concentrates in concierge/guest relations while the other focuses on hotel management. Together they ensure that the offerings in this department reflect world-class standards on the cutting edge of hospitality today.
