The Executive Diploma is awarded to demonstrate a broad spectrum of knowledge in the key areas of hospitality management. Participants gain knowledge in wedding coordination & design, in-depth knowledge on managing food & beverage (the reception generally accounts for 40% of a couple’s budget), followed by management courses in HR and leadership and supervision. Whether one’s ultimate career is as an independent planner or for a larger entity, the ability to manage staff is a key to success.
