The TISOH financing program requires a minimum $300 down payment ($1200 for Executive Diploma programs.) The remainder is financed over a 6-month to 24-month period (or less if desired) depending on the academic program (see chart below), with monthly payments ranging from $128 to $521. TFC automatically debits each month the bank account or credit card provided by the student. The program is flexible in that the outstanding amount of the loan can be paid off at any time without penalty.
