Michael Napolitano

Chef Michael is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has worked in top hotels and restaurants in New York, San Francisco, Providence and Las Vegas. Michael was a Master Chef Apprentice in New York and worked with several chefs on their Master Chef Certificates. Chef and owner of several restaurants and catering companies, he currently owns Renaissance Catering and Market Café. He started running Renaissance Catering in1992 and purchased it in 2000, which specializes in preparing foods to fit all occasions in any location. Since the 2002 Bureau of Reclamations 100th anniversary, he has been the unofficial caterer for the federal government at the Hoover Dam, doing private and White House events. Traveling annually to Asia and Europe to pick up new techniques and tips, Michael specializes in many areas of food and beverage. He has won several culinary and home brewing awards over the years and focuses on creating new and improved dishes.
