Art of Concierge Certificate

This course is one of the most comprehensive concierge training programs in the nation. It receives support from associations including Les Clefs d’Or USA and the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association. The instructors, guest speakers and Advisory Board members represent some of the most prominent individuals in the field.

Chef Concierges from famed hotels such as Caesars Palace, Regent Beverly Wilshire Beverly Hills, Mandalay Bay, and the Mirage collaborate to maintain and teach the program.

Concierges make the desires and dreams of guests happen. They are the “keeper of the keys” to any guest’s needs and special requests. Concierges know their city like the back of their hand and have strong networking ability. A career in concierge appeals to those who gain satisfaction from helping others, and to those who enjoy experiencing the best hospitality has to offer.
