This Certificate program is designed to provide thorough hands-on training in world class concierge service skills, along with the required supervisory and
communication skills to succeed in hospitality
operations. It is suitable for participants with little or no experience, as well as for those seeking specialized knowledge for advancement.
To receive the certificate, participants must participate in an internship (replaceable with a project for industry professionals) and complete the 40-hour classroom program delivered through lectures, interactive activities, industry guest speakers and site visits. Materials are available online for participants who have to miss classes.
