WHY Guest Relations?

This Certificate program is designed to provide thorough hands-on training in world class guest relation skills, along with the required supervisory and communication skills to succeed in hospitality operations. It is suitable for participants with little or no experience, as well as for those seeking specialized knowledge for advancement.

This program teaches customer service excellence and world class concierge specific skills. The word "concierge" has a connotation of service excellence. With this course, participants will gain industry knowledge, best practices, learn the tools of the trade, exhibit a high degree of professionalism and develop advanced networking ability.

With the Certificate, graduates have proof of a unique education in guest relations and service excellence that should increase their chances of finding a job in the industry or increase the opportunities for advancement. Furthermore, the Certificate also demonstrates a graduate's interest, drive and initiative.

To receive the certificate, participants must complete the 60-hour classroom program delivered through lectures, interactive activities, industry guest speakers and site visits.
